The purpose of the financial aid
office is to provide assistance to students who would otherwise
be unable to attend college. CMCC is committed to reducing
economic barriers and enable students to obtain a quality
education.
Financial aid is determined by processing the FAFSA form (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We encourage all students and their families to apply EACH year beginning January 1st. If you wish to be considered for the State of Maine Grant, you would have to complete your FAFSA by May 1st. CMCC’s PRIORITY deadline is July 15th. This deadline will ensure you of receiving an award before the first day of the fall semester.
